I got an amazing opportunity to receive free samples of Hershey's Crunchers and Reese's Crunchers from Influensters.
Although I received the product free for sampling, all the opinions are my own.
I have to say I was VERY excited when I found out I was getting this product. You can only review so many nude lipsticks when you start feeling like you're repeating yourself... However due to some unforeseen weather, it arrived om the worst possible day. 28 degrees Celsius with the humidity... My crunchers were no longer bite sized.
Word of advise to Influnester and Hershey's... This is not a great promotion in June... Like at all. The products turned to mush. Once I realized there was no way for me to sample these... In a clean or effective manor I threw them in the fridge for a few hours.
After a couple of hours of cooling off the treats were finally solid once again! Then came the task of making these bricks of chocolate bite size again so we could try them! Luckily I just sharpened my knives.
The Taste Test
After all that work I finally was able to try out these treats! The Reese's Crunchers were very rich and flavorful- I could not eat a whole bowl of these but were they ever delicious!
The Hershey's reminded me greatly of a cookies and cream bar, I didn't find these as intense as the Reese's but they are still very sweet.
Both Crunchers include rice crisps which will win me over with any chocolate bar (my mom still gets me a Mr. Munchy at Easter) I would definitely purchase these for a party as they're a great finger food- not so great for sitting, watching tv and having a snack.
I received this product free/ complimentary to test however the opinions in this post are 100% my own.
